Hello, I'm Donna. Growing up in the Detroit, Michigan area and living in various cities across Michigan, Ohio, and Washington State has given me a deep appreciation for the beauty of diversity. Before pursuing my true passion in mental health, I worked as an auto mechanic, painter, and crane operator in a steel mill. These experiences have shaped my understanding of resilience and hard work, which I bring into my therapeutic practice. I specialize in treating addiction, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, life transitions, PTSD, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, and trauma.
