Hi! I'm Donnella, a Licensed Professional Counselor at the Arizona Relationship Institute. We may be a good fit if you’re used to handling things on your own but know it might help to have a place to talk things through. I work with men from hands-on, service-oriented backgrounds (including veterans and officers), single parents, and individuals and couples navigating blended family dynamics. Using an attachment-focused approach, I blend compassion, creativity, and a bit of humor to help clients understand relationship patterns, manage stress, and build stronger, more secure connections—without overcomplicating the process.
