One of my favorite quotes from a movie is, "If something gets in your way, turn." Life is full of unexpected twists, and sometimes the best way forward is to adjust your path with courage and support. As a mental health counselor, I provide space where healing begins. Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I help clients work through trauma and life’s challenges. Each 60-minute session starts with grounding, followed by guidance to help you break through barriers and move toward healing and growth.
