Many life events can leave us struggling, overwhelmed, and in chaos. I work with adult and first responder clients to support a journey of healing from impactful experiences, grief, developmental/childhood abuse and trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression, addiction, and codependency. I believe in collaborative treatment, compassionately addressing the whole person to identify individual strengths, skills and resources to empower healing and transformation in a supportive and safe environment.
