Every child and teen deserve a safe place to feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with children and adolescents ages 2 to 17 who are navigating life’s toughest challenges, including trauma, grief, PTSD, anxiety, depression, adoption-related concerns, behavioral struggles, attachment disruptions, social difficulties, ADHD, ASD, and the impact of sexual abuse or assault. View 4 Photos In our work together, I use approaches such as Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Play Therapy, EMDR, and AutPlay Therapy to help children express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. My focus is on fostering healing, emotional regulation, confidence, and healthy relationships, while also supporting families in building stronger connections.
