For many years, my clients have primarily been individuals, groups, and families coming out of abusive and sometimes violent relationships and addiction. Although that was the original primary focus, most also struggled with accompanying factors like depression, anxiety, and other serious mental health diagnoses. My clinical focus has recently shifted to a more community-based population, and I have found this work incredibly rewarding. I enjoy working with additional needs such as grief, prenatal and postpartum depression, and abandonment trauma, to name a few.
