I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and I have been working in this field for many years. I provide a wide range of mental health services including diagnostic assessments, individual, couple and family therapy. My main focus with clients is to create a safe, supportive, and positive therapeutic relationship so that healing and growth can occur. Areas of particular interest to me include life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties.
