With over 35 years in the counseling field, I consider my easy-going compassionate manner as an opening to help you feel comfortable discussing difficult topics. Quite often, it can be easy to avoid, escape or make poor/unhealthy choices. This can become a way to cope with uncomfortable life experiences. As a team, we will uncover and identify the issues, decide what it is you want in life, and set realistic and attainable goals. In addition to counseling, I offer LAC/intern LMHC supervision to help you become fully licensed. I have been certified (ACS) for many years and would love to support you in this process.
