Peace and wholeness can feel like a mythical idea, something you long for that is always just a little (or a lot) out of reach. My adult clients often enter therapy looking for support in finding balance in their lives, managing anxiety, depression or trauma. We often work through recovering from difficult relationships or past hurts. My favorite part in therapy is seeing the light come back into people’s outlook. That moment when hope takes root and your path forward feels manageable. I also have 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents, addressing issues such as attachment, emotional/behavioral management.
