I have been fortunate to be practicing psychotherapy for over 30 years, bringing a wide variety of experience, education and training to my work. I approach the process as a collaboration. I work with individuals and couples with a variety of challenges: within their relationships, and with anxiety, anger, depression, sexuality, identity, trauma, inhibition, eating disorders, addictions, and other self-harming behaviors. My initial goal is to identify problem areas- patterns of reacting and behaving with family, friends, work and our selves that are frustrating and ungratifying, ones that get in the way of our well-being.
