I am Dorian Turner- Licensed clinical social worker and founder of iThriveTherapy PLLC. Providing mental health services since 2013. I specialize in working with high-achieving women who experience high-functioning anxiety—the kind of anxiety that doesn’t stop you from succeeding, but makes everything feel harder than it should. My clients are often driven, capable, and dependable, yet struggle with chronic overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, difficulty resting, and constant pressure to “do more.” As a therapist, I believe my greatest strengths lie in my ability to cultivate a compassionate and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel safe and supported to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
