It is my honor to sit with you in the hard, the unknown, and the unexpected, providing a calm and safe space for you to be heard. We can work together to help you discover and understand emotions unfamiliar or even unknown, navigate decisions yet to be made, and integrate your past with your present. Together, we can help you understand how stories of who you were told you were and who you have told yourself you are in the past do not have to define who you are today.
