I have been doing this work for a little over 10 years (MSW Boston College 2015). I am ready when you are! Genuine compassion and trust is at the root of any solid relationship and necessary for growth to manifest! Starting therapy takes courage and you are well on your way simply by researching therapists. Therapy is helpful when we are ready to do the messy work. As your therapist, I also have to be ready and capable of containing all of what comes up in therapy.
