Welcome! I’m a social worker and a mother of a daughter with autism and ADHD, so I deeply understand the joys and challenges families face. I work with children, teens, and their families, providing a safe, supportive space where young people feel heard and families feel understood. Using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, I help build resilience, nurture confidence, and strengthen family connections.
