Welcome to my practice. Taking that first step to feeling better and improving the quality of your life often involves risk and trust, and you are courageous for doing so. My priority is to create a safe place for you to share and explore your thoughts and feelings, and guide you on your journey of discovery and growth. Life is challenging, but you don't have to face those challenges alone. I offer individual counseling for adults only, and couples counseling. I also offer discernment counseling for couples who are unsure about the future of their marriage or if one partner is leaning out of the marriage.
