Trained in cognitive behavior treatment, I am a compassionate, experienced, and skilled social worker who has held many senior clinical management positions. I am eager to collaborate and work with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship issues, employment issues, anger management, and addictions. In a focused and direct manner, we will address immediate concerns and symptoms, as well as deeply explore unresolved childhood issues, emotions, and traumas. Together, with the client, we will exercise coping skills to empower you to take control of their life.
