Everyone has a sense of spirit. Creative Spirit Counseling provides an innovative approach to talk therapy, blending cognitive behavioral therapy with Spirituality & Expressive Arts Therapy. These methods are useful for easing emotional struggles, healing perfectionism, recovering from trauma, decreasing anxiety, alleviating depression and resolving relationship issues. Some sessions will be just talk therapy, while other sessions I will invite to you into guided meditation, movement, art making, and writing to express and process your thoughts and emotions.
