I would first like to commend you for taking this time to focus on yourself and taking this step in promoting your mental health wellness. I have been working in the mental health field for over 14 years. This has allowed me to be practicing and strengthening my counseling techniques since grad school. I have been providing clinical mental health counseling since 2014. Since then I have worked with individuals that have a variety of motivations for seeking counseling and support. I have worked with individuals of all ages. These settings have allowed me to help others process a variety of symptoms and barriers presented to them.
