If you’re searching for a therapist you know there has to be a good fit between the two of you in order for that partnership to be successful. I don’t believe there is a one size fits all when it comes to life’s challenges and therefore no one size fits all when I work with clients. I take a strength based approach and use various modalities to facilitate insight, reach personal goals and work through issues. My style is non-judgmental, challenging, sensitive, and supportive.
