Is your head spinning trying to figure it all out, leaving you either exhausted or sometimes filled with anxiety? Would you like to have an objective voice just to help you talk through things and guide you in deciding what you want and where you are going? I work with teens and adults who are often describing these things. When you start therapy, the process of unfolding it all and making sense of it is so important. My role is to help you feel comfortable and safe as we do this one step at a time. Both are a great place to start. I work with anxiety and perfectionism, as well as depression, trauma, ADHD and addictions.
