I help teens, young adults and men—especially teen boys and young men—who feel stuck in painful patterns of anxiety, depression, conflict with others, or identity struggles, and who often feel alone or misunderstood. Many of my clients seek therapy when old ways of coping stop working and they want more confidence, emotional clarity, and healthier ways of relating. My work focuses on helping you understand your emotional world and build sustainable ways of moving forward. I also support clients of all genders and welcome you to reach out for a consultation. Whether you're focused on healing, growth, or change, I will emphasize building a trusting relationship where you feel understood, empowered, and respected. I'll be with you through your layers of work, offering new experiences, perspective, and tools where helpful.
