I strive to provide a space to be heard without being forced to conform to someone else's individual biases. You are the expert of your life: you live it. I'm an expert on process, and I want to help you find what change looks like in your life. I love the power of story, and your story is unique and rich. I tend not to subscribe to just one theoretical orientation simply because there is no "one size fits all" method of counseling. Rather, I draw from many different theories to devise a plan that will be the most helpful for you.
