I believe effective therapy starts with developing strong empathy as the foundation for establishing our therapeutic agenda and working with you to determine the tools you find most helpful in resolving problems. I provide a brief, well researched mood survey at the beginning and end of initial sessions & you evaluate me & our therapy session so I can learn how to work better with you. Getting feedback after a session helps me to understand you better and that expedites treatment. I will teach you very powerful tools to use in changing how you feel in a very short period. Therapy can be effective in weeks instead of months
