Hello, we are Douglas Counseling, Coaching, & Consulting, LLC, a duo of mental health professionals who are here to assist you with your mental health concerns. As experts in our field, we specialize in helping adults who are dealing with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Mood Disorders, and Post Traumatic Stress. Additionally, we have a particular focus on providing support to women and mothers who are facing the challenges of motherhood and womanhood. We also have a strong passion for helping college students and young adults navigate difficult life transitions and changes! We have provided individual treatment and psychotherapy services to culturally diverse populations with Generalized Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Mood Disorders, and other affective disorders collectively since 2010.
