I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) since 2015 and have been in the helping profession for over 10 years. I like to work with individuals above the age of 15 and couples of all ages. I prefer clients who are willing to try and be honest with themselves about their needs and behaviors. I have extensive experience in trauma, crisis, anxiety, depression, parenting, and general life challenges. View 5 Photos I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Rhode Island and went on to obtain my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Tampa, Florida. I have been listening to people talk about their problems since I was a teenager and have been trying to offer the best advice possible.
