Douglas is a native Californian. He received his Masters in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. Since 2009, Douglas has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT working in a variety of community and private settings. His approach to therapy is a to identify the obstacles in a persons or couples life journey but to focus on their solutions that will assist in meeting the goals desired. In treatment, his theoretical preference is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy.
