More beneficial than any technique offered during treatment is finding the right person to work with. You will find me to be insightful, genuine, completely with you while in session and focused on your care in-between sessions. I work to create a calm, safe, trusting environment so that true growth can occur. I focus not only on alleviating symptoms, but strive to find the core issue(s) causing the symptoms so that growth is lasting. I recognize each person and situation is unique and tailor therapy accordingly. I work with children as young as 10 years old, teens, adults and couples. For over 20 years I have worked with people from varying backgrounds in schools, camps, businesses and the medical field.
