As an integrative mind-body psychotherapist, I help my client’s overcome a range of issues including childhood traumas and relationship challenges. I help individuals using a comprehensive and holistic approach to overcome issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, sexuality and relationships. Each session is a focused time to help clients feel supported and unpack their struggles and traumas and navigate towards clarity and healing. Childhood traumas can be challenging to navigate and overcome, but with a compassionate and informed approach, healing and breakthrough are truly possible.
