Do you feel like you’re holding everything together on the outside while struggling internally? Anxiety, shame, relationship stress, or unhealthy patterns can leave you feeling stuck and alone — even when others think you’re “fine.” Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to carry that alone. A safe place where your story matters. I work with teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, identity development, attachment wounds, past or present traumas, and unhealthy coping patterns. I also help individuals dealing with compulsive behaviors or substance use, guiding them with compassion and dignity in their journey towards recovery.
