1/26/26- no waitlist for individuals. Hey! I’m Belle, and I opened my practice Down to Earth Therapy this year. My goal is being down to earth- you’re human, I’m human, I’m not here to judge you, and I am on your team. I think you should be picky about who you choose as your therapist. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, so I focus more on your situation/history and less on your diagnosis (unless you ask otherwise of me). My top areas are ADHD, relationships, and trauma- but of course, I cover a wide variety of areas. I work hard to build a safe space, and a trusting connection with you- so that we can have the comfortability to work through some of the more difficult stuff.
