Great to meet you! My career in counseling started in 1987 which was 39 years ago. I have a doctorate degree and specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy. My approach is to provide my clients with coping skills which will empower them for greatness. I have served all areas in counseling and believe we all can change. My ideal client has a history of having a PTSD disorder with symptoms of anxiety, depression. anger, intrusive thoughts and nightmares. This condition has isolated him from his family, and his community. He has feelings of loneliness and isolation and he has withdrawn because he doesn't have adequate coping skills.
