I have been counseling male and female adults and children for over 8 years. My motto is "our past does not define us; it helps us shape a positive present and future." I am dedicated to helping others become better versions of themselves through therapy. As a black female therapist, I believe that nothing is impossible with positive and consistent help and reinforcement.
