I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I work well with folks struggling with substance use, who have sex/sexuality concerns, and those with complex relationship and interpersonal dynamics including histories of trauma, abuse, neglect, grief/loss, and relationship rupture. I enjoy working with people with complex diagnoses who need talk therapy in addition to their psychiatric care. As a Queer practitioner, I work particularly well with folks concerned with identity, gender, sexuality, and romance. I also have a background in the fine arts & enjoy working with creative individuals in pursuit of their artistry. View 4 Photos My approach is informed by the rich history of psychoanalysis and somatics; I work through a contemporary lens however, which accounts for how society treats you & has an effect on your psyche, body, & spiritual growth. I believe therapy is most useful if it confronts the realities of life in addition to affirming your value & uniqueness as a person.
