I'm Dr. Adare Toral, the owner of Central Coast Psychotherapy and your local emo therapist. I utilize a bit of hippie flair with mindfulness and yoga as well as traditional talk therapy and EMDR. I work with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced trauma in their lives. I hope that our shared understanding of how hard life can be helps us connect and allows you to move forward and reach your individual goals for life and wellness.
