I believe the key to healing lies within each of us. My passion is in helping others locate that key and unlock the fear, pain, and feeling of not being good enough and open the door to being the Authentic person you desire. I believe our emotions, aren't the enemy but guides toward helping us realize what we do and do not want for ourselves. Once we learn to be more aware of what we are doing that perpetuates our unhappiness, then we can make different choices, ones that bring us a greater understanding of ourselves and our relationships.
