Hello there! My name is Aimen and I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I have training and expertise in providing multiculturally-sensitive and competent mental health support to people from a variety of backgrounds. My therapeutic style focuses on building authentic connections with my clients in a warm environment, while also integrating a strengths-based approach that encourages collaboration to make the most out of your sessions. I have experience working with various struggles such as depression, anxiety, substance dependency, trauma, general life dissatisfaction, workplace stress, minority stress, & relationship challenges. I work with people from all backgrounds, and have expertise working with people of color, LGBTQ+ communities, college students, and neurodiverse communities. I also enjoy working with couples on improving communication, managing conflict, strengthening bonds, and improving relationship safety.
