You’re here and it's not easy. Life can weigh us down with unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, or the relentless demands we place on ourselves. Born in Austria, a former professional triathlete, and now holding a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, I’ve lived the realities of high-pressure performance and understand its hidden costs. As a trauma-informed clinician, I work with first responders, military members, young adults, athletes, couples, and families. I provide a compassionate, secure environment to navigate life’s challenges and rediscover strength, healing, and direction. I’ve worked in substance abuse treatment centers, private practice settings, and responded to critical incidents, supporting individuals in their most vulnerable moments. I blend EMDR, ART, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to address trauma, grief, and significant life changes. In therapy, you’ll find a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
