English | español Welcome to my private practice. I work with families, adults, couples, and parents. I work with my individual clients to manage stress, build more satisfying relationships, manage life transitions, and improve self-esteem. I help couples improve communication, build closer connections, and increase sexual intimacy. I work with parents to manage stressors of family life, including balancing family with personal care needs, and addressing their child's emotional or learning difficulties. I teach and/or supervise for Louisiana Tech University, University of Louisiana Monroe, Northwestern State University, and Louisiana State University in Shreveport. I frequently present to mental health centers, community organizations, and schools. My approach is collaborative and engaging. I aim to tailor my therapeutic approach to the uniqueness of each story presented. In addition, I am fluent in Spanish which helps native speakers access a deeper emotional language.
