Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward. Some are parents with children struggling with attention or behavior challenges, others are teens facing school pressures or conflict at home, and many are adults coping with stress, relationship concerns, or wanting more balance in life.
