Dr. Alexis (she/they) is a queer, neurodivergent, Latinx therapist and guide who supports Women of Color, LGBTQ+ folks, and late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals navigating burnout, identity, and relational healing. Using the 'The Restorative Thread' methodology she developed, she weaves together narrative therapy, somatic practices, and culturally grounded care to help clients unmask, reconnect, and reclaim their truth—in their own time and in their own way.
