I enjoy working with adults, families, teens, and youth who are motivated to grow as individuals, improve relationships, and solve challenges they are currently experiencing. I work collaboratively with my clients to improve their sense of self and manage symptoms of anxiety, stress, trauma, and the discomfort that manifest from challenges presented in a busy world, full of stressors. We will work together to create an empowering plan that is realistic and manageable for you to alleviate the stress of the challenges that you are experiencing.
