Looking to make meaning in a time of confusion? Feeling isolated, a lack of purpose, lost, or in conflict with yourself and others? I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a PhD in counselor education. I work with individuals and couples to manage anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment issues. I would love to discuss starting the the counseling process with you and/or your loved ones. I also offer week day telehealth sessions through the HIPAA compliant platform doxy.me. My experience is as both a professional counselor and pastoral counselor. I am experienced in working through the lens of all types of spirituality. I have worked in in-patient substance abuse, out-patient, and in private practice. I utilize an existential lens with my clients and incorporate CBT techniques.
