I am passionate about helping adolescent girls and adults who are stuck in feelings or behaviors that require an outside source of support, stability and guidance. The many emotions that provide us with such joy, can also cause us pain and suffering. We are sometimes looking for the solid ground that a therapy process can provide. You may need a place to find your voice, access your strength and face your challenges in a way that feels less alone and isolating. Having a witness to our inner struggles and experiences can be remarkably helpful. As a clinician, my goal is to listen deeply and intently to your personal experience.
