Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your adolescent or a young adult looking for guidance, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space to explore these challenges. When working with younger clients, I often use games and kid-friendly activities to facilitate conversations in a way that feels natural and engaging. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore life's challenges and an objective perspective to help make sense of the factors influencing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. When working with adolescents and teenagers, I also prioritize building trust and maintaining open communication with parents as an essential part of the treatment process.
