Hello! Welcome, my name is Dr. Alicia, and I am Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. It’s been my goal in counseling to build an empathetic relationship, so that you feel safe to explore areas that you may not have previously explored. I have 10 years of experience helping adults, couples, and families work through stressors related to mood and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, divorce, trauma, social and cultural issues, caregiving, grief, loss, employment, identity, substance use, and serious mental illness. I am a flexible therapist who enjoys exploration of multiple evidenced-based strategies that work for you.
