I’m a licensed psychologist certified in perinatal mental health — supporting individuals and families through the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and loss. I understand that everyone’s journey to and through parenthood is different, and I honor that in our work together. I believe that you don’t have to navigate this season alone. I work with people experiencing: 1) Perinatal and postpartum depression or anxiety; 2) Birth trauma and NICU stays; 3) Pregnancy or infant loss; 4) Fertility struggles; 5) Adjustment to parenthood and relationship changes.
