Thank you for considering working with me. Starting therapy is often a difficult decision. It is as decision that begins your journey towards greater fulfillment and happiness. My approach to therapy uses therapeutic techniques based in CBT while maintaining proactive and accepting approach to the process of therapy. I strongly believe that growth in therapy is anchored in the relationship and trust between therapist and client. I have been described as being easy to connect with, laid back and having a good sense of humor.
