Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. As a psychotherapist, I work within a supportive relational framework and incorporate varied behavioral modalities. My therapeutic approach is warm, empathetic, and validating. I believe that healing only occurs within a safe therapeutic relationship. We can work together to alleviate uncomfortable symptoms and continue the journey to well being. I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist serving NY, CO, FL, MD, and PA. I work with young adults, adults and couples within a supportive relational framework and incorporate varied behavioral modalities (including ACT, CBT and DBT). I have a MA in psychology, MSW and DSW in social work.
