I offer a warm, supportive approach to understanding and treating eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, BED, "yo-yo" dieting & others, & their challenging patterns & emotions. An eating disorder has a language all its own: What is it trying to tell you? What feelings do you not have words for? How is your body trying to speak for your heart and mind? In our work together, we will translate this language & help you make sense of it. Combining "the talking cure" with individualized strategies, we will work together to develop the tools to address your life in a far more nourishing way. View 4 Photos Eating Disorders are the primary focus of my practice, not simply a sub-specialty. I do not use "protocols" or hand you a "ten-point program" or a "one-size fits all" manual! Our work together is uniquely about YOU. I love what I do & love the collaborative process of making sense of eating disorders together. I work with teens thru seniors, & families.
