My passion is working alongside trauma survivors of all ages as they heal, understand previously learned patterns, and rewrite new ones. It's important to me that you feel seen and in control on your healing journey. I do this through a collaborative approach to exploring the feelings in your body as well as the thoughts in your mind. I have been working with complex trauma cases for 8+ years and specialize in a relational, somatic approach that is based in yoga, ACT, EMDR trained, and attachment therapies. I bring a playfully intellectual perspective to therapy that weaves together knowledge with application to support opportunities for growth and change.
